D. Sheldon Johnson, III, SIOR – Executive Vice President

In 1992 Sheldon was awarded the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation, and in 1996 Sheldon was awarded the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation – both very sought after and prestigious designations in the field of real estate. Sheldon was the President two separate terms of the St. Louis Chapter of SIOR and has served in the past as Vice President, Treasurer, and co-chair of the St. Louis SIOR Metro Market Forecast. Sheldon currently serves as a trustee on the SIOR Educational Foundation and has served as chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Finance Committee for SIOR nationally. In 1999 he was awarded the prestigious SIOR Broker of the Year award. Sheldon is also a past-President of the Commercial Board of the St. Louis Association of Realtors and has been a member of the Missouri Growth Association board. Sheldon has also been trained by the National Association of Realtors as a mediator for commercial real estate disputes.

Sheldon and his wife Sarah have two daughters named Katherine and Elizabeth. Sheldon’s hobbies include skiing, traveling, oil painting and real estate investment. In April 2016, Sheldon was elected to serve on the Ladue School Board and has been re-elected twice where he serves on the facilities, real estate disposition and construction committees totaling over $215 million of facilities development.
