David S. Johnson Jr. – President/CEO

David S. Johnson, Jr. founded Johnson Group in 1981, continuing a successful career in real estate consulting and development which began in 1972 at a St. Louis development firm. Mr. Johnson is a St. Louis native educated at Washington University. He selected commercial real estate as his life’s work following eight years with Xerox Corporation in marketing and business consulting.

He has created a commercial real estate firm emphasizing professionalism and personal service. He continues to be active as a professional with a select group of clients or when a client requests his personal involvement in a transaction.

David served on the St. Louis Commercial Real Estate Board for two years, was selected 1997’s Broker of the Year, is a Life Member of the Navy League, and serves on the Frontenac Board of Adjustment. He and his wife of 65 years, Anne, have four sons, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. His hobbies include golfing and sailing.
